Health Insurance
Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 48 hours per pay period are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Two options are offered through United Healthcare.
Dental Insurance
Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 48 hours per pay period are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Two options are offered through Metlife.
Vision Insurance
Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 48 hours per pay period are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Coverage is provided by Spectera.
Basic Life and AD&D-Employer Paid
Full-time employees are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Coverage is provided at either two times the employee's base salary or a flat $50,000 through Reliance Standard.
Supplemental Life-Employee Paid
Full-time employees are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Employees may elect from one times to five times their base salary. Coverage is provided by Reliance Standard for you, your spouse and/or children.
Short-Term Disability-Employer Paid
Full-time employees are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. This benefit provides approved employees with 60 percent of their weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $750 per week, while out on leave of absence. Coverage is provided by Matrix.
Long-Term Disability-Employer Paid
Full-time employees are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. This benefit provides approved employees with 60 percent of their monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month, while out on leave of absence. Coverage is provided by Reliance Standard.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible the first business day of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Dependent care and healthcare spending accounts are available for employees to have pre-tax money set aside for medical and dependent care expenses.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time and part-time employees begin accruing immediately. Accrual rates are based on position and length of service. A cash-in program is available. Accrual for PTO is based on years of service. PTO accrual for full-time regular employees is 4.62 hours per pay period, 6.15 hours for managers and directors, and 7.69 for executives. PTO accrual for part-time regular employees is one-half the accrual of full-time regular employees.
Extended Illness Days (EID)
Full-time and part-time employees begin accruing immediately. EID is intended for use in the event of your own illness. Full-time employees accrue up to six days per year and part-time employees accrue up to three days per year.
Holidays-Employer Paid
The following are company paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
401K Retirement Program with Company Match
Full-time and part-time employees who meet the eligibility requirements are eligible the first business day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees will automatically be enrolled in the plan with a deferral rate of 3 percent. Regency offers a match of $.50 on the dollar up to your 4 percent contribution. Employees may contribute up to $16,500 in pre-tax income during 2010.
Employee Assistance Program/Nurse Line-Employer Paid
All Regency employees and their dependents are eligible for this program. Calls are strictly confidential and include telephonic counseling with licensed professional counselors.
Patient Care
All employees enrolled in medical, dental, vision or flexible spending accounts have a resource available to them to assist with claims, billing issues, or to receive cost and quality comparisons for medical procedures.
Delta Community Credit Union
All employees who qualify may open an account. The credit union offers employees competitive rates on loans, a variety of savings and checking accounts, and credit and debit cards.
Educational Assistance
Full-time employees who have completed one year of employment are eligible to receive reimbursement for tuition and books for job-related educational programs.
